Information provided through the Platform, including test result interpretations and educational protocols, is general in nature and should not be relied upon as specific medical advice for your individual circumstances.

5. Healthcare Provider Use

Healthcare providers may use the Platform as an educational and clinical support tool. However:

• Providers remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care
• DoctorSaliva does not direct, supervise, or control clinical decision-making
• Providers must exercise independent professional judgment in all clinical matters
• Platform content does not replace provider training, clinical guidelines, or professional standards

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that:

Healthcare provider accounts require verification of professional credentials. Misrepresenting professional status is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Scrape, data-mine, or extract Platform content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform to practice medicine without proper licensure

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Platform may require paid subscriptions (e.g., "DoctorSaliva+"). By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to active subscribers
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

DoctorSaliva™ and related logos, visual elements, and original Platform content are owned by DoctorSaliva (as applicable).

Third-party names, trademarks, service marks, product names, trade names, and logos that may appear on the Platform — including within educational materials, informational content, references, or laboratory reports — remain the property of their respective owners.

DoctorSaliva does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or intellectual property that may be referenced on the Platform, including without limitation the "MOUTH-BODY CONNECTION®" mark.

Any such references are used solely for identification, commentary, or educational purposes and do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or ownership by DoctorSaliva of any third party or their intellectual property.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@doctorsaliva.com with sufficient detail for review.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may upload test results, questionnaire responses, and other health-related information. By uploading content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant DoctorSaliva a license to use, store, and process your content to provide Platform services
• You represent that you have the right to upload the content
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
